Adjusting to life stressors, coping with mood changes, and trauma can be difficult and oftentimes are beyond our own ability to manage. When experiencing persistent sadness, anxiety, feelings of guilt and hopelessness, not being able to concentrate, make decisions, socialize, and losing interest in the things you used to enjoy.

As a psychotherapist, I help my clients get to the root of the problem, cope with their feelings and emotions, change behavior patterns and understand their mental health condition.

Together, we will work on finding healthy coping skills to manage your symptoms and be the best possible version of you.
