Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist with special training in sexual health. I provide culturally competent, sex positive, research informed, strength-based therapy. I am open to a variety of sexualities/sexual cultures (LGBTQIQA, NB, BDSM...). I strongly believe that pleasure is a birthright. I have over 15 years of experience helping adults build healthier lives. I also provide WPATH compliant assessments for gender affirming medical treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meeting the client where they are with the treatment that suits their current needs. My main approach is mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral therapy. This is a combination of cognitive therapy, meditation, and cultivating a present-oriented, non-judgmental attitude call mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to walk away with hope and strategies that build on your current strengths so you can see a more positively intimate future for yourself.
