My experience also includes working with various DSM-V disorders in addition to managing school based issues. If you have anxiety, anger management or family conflict, please feel free to give me a call for a free therapy evaluation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have been using CBT and psychodynamic based therapy to help clients overcome these difficulties and prevent them from arising again. I use a warm and caring approach to help clients and their families feel safe and secure in the therapy session. I also use role playing and mindfulness to help clients learn skills that allow them overcome their challenges.

What you can expect from our first session

Many of my clients encounter frustration when their concerns impact their daily lives. I take the time to listen closely to their needs, and empower them to successfully navigate their challenges.
