Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I offer support to ease the discomfort of family of origin and attachment wounds as well as improving communication and addiction recovery skills.

My educational journey is marked by a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology with Honors from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with Summa Cum Laude distinction from the University of Colorado-Denver.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a client-centered approach to therapy. Drawing from my diverse training in clinical counseling, community mental health and substance use treatment I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My therapeutic style involves guiding clients through a journey of self-discovery, using honest and direct feedback along with skill-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other skill-based treatment.
