I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Texas and a licensed master's clinical social worker (LMSW) in Michigan. I have now been a practicing clinician for 6 years. Additionally, I have worked in a variety of different settings including community health clinics, primary care clinics, and hospitals. I have experience working with individual adults (ages 18+). I have been privileged to work with a very diverse clientele of all ages, which has shaped the clinician and person I am today.

I will utilize components of various interventions (i.e. person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, CBT, and narrative) to first, connect with you, and then guide you to reaching your goals that you have developed for therapy. My areas of specialty include working with young adults (ages 18-40) who present with the following concerns: depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and general phase of life issues.

I pride myself on being open, honest, and genuine with my clients. If I feel that I am unable to support you in the way that you need. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients on their journey to peace, wellness, and healing. During our first session together, I will complete an assessment in which I identify the reasons you are seeking therapy. I will also have you discuss your goals for therapy. From there, we will discuss scheduling future sessions, if desired.
