Great to meet you!

When we are also struggling with past traumas, difficultly in relationships with our partners, family, or friends, daily life becomes more challenging. We begin to question who we are and thus begin to lose sight of ourselves, our future, and our goals. Motivating ourselves becomes harder even with small tasks. Things that once made us happy no longer seem to bring the same joy to our lives leaving us feeling empty and afraid.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Reading self-help books, talking to friends, or trying techniques from "experts" on social media may help momentarily but at the end of the day when you are all alone - you still feel a void. Seeking professional help may feel scary and intimidating but in fact is one of the most personal and trusting relationships you can build.

What you can expect from our first session

Imagine waking up excited for another day. Think about how being able to trust yourself and your decisions could change your life. Consider how taking the weight of trauma off your back would feel. Together we can work on creating a life worth living. Please click on my website and schedule an appointment today! I can't wait to meet you!
