Great to meet you!

My goal is to be a warm and encouraging presence as you share your struggles and daily challenges, identify your strengths and areas of growth, and pave a way forward towards achieving your goals. My intent is to assist you in the incredible process of healing and empowerment. I firmly believe that you already have everything you need within yourself to heal and find the answers you are seeking. I am honored to support you in accessing this part of yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize evidenced-based methods along with a humanistic and transpersonal approach, recognizing that each individual has a unique story and emotional, mental, physical, and energetic needs. I recognize spirituality as an important aspect of healing, and would love to learn about what spirituality means to you so that you may begin healing on a soul level.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to examine the many layers of your life to identify strengths and areas of growth to focus on. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that ensures you acquire the skills and insight needed to better regulate your emotions, rewire your thinking, engage in a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and move beyond your current perceived limitations to ensure you are living your life to the fullest.
