Great to meet you!

Everyone’s journey in life is different. I am here to help you continue to be the best version of you through healing and acceptance. I have 9+ years of experience working with various populations and an extensive array of mental health concerns such as anxiety and stress-management. I encourage clients to tap into their strengths and take control of their mental health for continued growth in their journey. Let’s work together to achieve your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary approach is person-centered focused, as I allow clients to come to therapy and share their concerns, and I actively listen and display unconditional positive regard. I help help clients process their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and provide reasonable action plans to help clients achieve their goals. As a therapist, my goal is to make sure that my clients feel safe, happy and supported.

What you can expect from our first session

After our initial session, you will develop an identifiable goal that you would like to work on and achieve in therapy. I am here to help guide you through your mental health journey by use of different therapeutic approaches (ex: person-centered, mindfulness). After working together for a while, you can expect us to have a conversation about how therapy is working for you, how you’ve been making progress and if you would like to continue to work together.
