I am a proud Filipino American who has been working in the mental health field for over 13 years. I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I use Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and "geek therapy" to develop a supportive affirming relationship with my clients.

I use art, pop culture, gaming, and mindfulness to help you create understanding and growth. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual abuse, military members and their families, and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I provide assessment services for emotional support animals and gender-affirming treatments.

I am skills-based, solution-focused, and encourage the mind-body connection. What this means is that I will use metaphors, resources (like podcasts or YouTube videos; video games with youth), and will actively teach you ways to support yourself. When I'm is not performing my Clinical Director duties at Guidance Teletherapy, a therapist Coop supporting clinicians just learning to navigate private practice, I can be found playing Animal Crossing or petting my puppers while watching Disney+.
