Anxiety and Stress

Great to meet you!

Hi all! I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing virtually in Maryland. I use an inclusive and strengths-based approach to treat anxiety and rebuild self-esteem.

I attended the University of Pennsylvania to earn my Master’s degree in Social Work. Since then, I have worked in a variety of different settings, picking up valuable tools along my journey - tools that I tailor specifically for our work together!

A bit about my approach to therapy

When you come to therapy, I will guide our sessions, intentionally listening to determine how our time together can most serve you. I tend to be gentle and direct in nature. I value your feedback, so I'll regularly check in to see how you think sessions are going. Therapy will always be collaborative.

I combine psychodynamic and evidence-based methods. Throughout therapy, I will make space for creativity and blend treatment methods to meet your unique needs.

What you can expect from our first session

With me, you will get a safe space to grow, heal, and practice self-compassion. You do not have to deal with anxiety on your own. Together we can rebuild self worth and reduce anxiety's impact on your life. Reach out today to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
