Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience as a psychotherapist and crisis interventionist, I have worked with individuals who are anxious, depressed, experienced trauma and serious mental illness. I have also assisted clients to process work- and family-related issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will be an empathic listener and advocate to assist you in becoming a better version of yourself.

In this post-pandemic world, it is easy to feel isolated and alone. I recognize that people have been struggling. We are human. My hope is that through therapy one feels less isolated, understands how to harness strengths to heal from past difficulties, and copes with present and future challenges

What you can expect from our first session

We can all use help from time to time with what life throws at us. Therapy is about change and trying to figure out what works and doesn’t serve you so well anymore. Making a decision to seek therapy is not easy. I know it takes courage with an open mind and heart if you want to make changes in your life. I believe it is one of the best decisions you can make to reach out and ask for help.

For new clients, I recommend we consult first by phone.
