I am a family systems therapist who works with individuals, couples, children, and families. My counseling and coaching style is supportive, positive, and creative. During counseling, we focus on building communication skills, and growing deeper connections and stronger relationships with others. Humor, and playful interaction is encouraged.

We work together to reduce suffering, address trauma, solve behavior and relationship issues, and to enhance clients' enjoyment of life. Mindfulness, communication techniques, and expressive therapies may be used to facilitate change. Cognitive behavioral methods are used to affect changes in behavior, improve enjoyment of life, and create new thinking patterns. Good therapy builds on strengths and abilities you already have, while giving you the tools to make the changes you desire.
