My goal is to help clients understand their behaviors and emotions, and guide them toward making necessary changes to improve their quality of life.

I help clients identify barriers to their goals. During sessions, my client and I dig deep into what’s getting in the way of reaching their goals so that we can design and plan strategies to reach their objectives. I work with clients at their pace and comfort level. My hope is for each client to gain needed tools and learn how to self-heal.
