Things happen, and sometimes even our best efforts aren't enough to change behavior patterns or to let go of events, losses, or fears. I will listen to your unique story and help guide you to freedom from your struggles.
A bit about my approach to therapy
I actively listen to client's feelings, thoughts, and desires and help them to find ways to make changes in their lives that are effective and realistic for each individual. I believe everyone has the ability to heal. I help them discover what will work best for them.
What you can expect from our first session
I partner with clients to identify goals and outcomes for therapy. Clients leave a session with me with actions they can take now and feeling heard and hopeful.
