My name is Anna Hardy and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University. I have worked with a wide range of clients with my most recent focus on military families and children.

My primary therapy styles are based on the approaches of CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I am trained in DBT and find that the skills learned through DBT have been useful for a number of clients. I also approach therapy from a holistic viewpoint, as I believe that true wellness can only be achieved if we care for our bodies as a whole.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe space where you may be vulnerable without any judgement while finding solutions to any current or lingering struggles. I look forward to walking with you through this journey toward healing and wellness.
