Great to meet you!

I am compassionate, creative, and committed to curating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I hold dual licensure in Art & talk therapy, and facilitate counseling sessions that utilize the process of art-making in conjunction with verbal reflection. I work with adult individuals, and adolescents (16+), who are committed to the process of forging a rich, authentic, and meaningful life through curiosity, reflection, and practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Rooted in social justice, and informed by person-centered, feminist, and narrative theories, I employ evidence-based interventions, blending talk and art therapy. This approach offers a rich opportunity to deepen understanding of self, explore personal and familial history, recognize strengths, confront challenges, and tap into internal wisdom.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to collaborate on goal setting, present to therapy with openness and engagement, and to pour work into enacting the change that want to see in their lives. I am committed to meeting each client where there are at, and to providing evidence-based approaches, and interventions to support each client on their unique path.
