I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Florida. I earned a Master of Psychology/Counseling degree from Troy State University. I work with young children, women, families and single parents utilizing a person-centered individualized approach along with CBT, TF-CBT, attachment therapy, and art therapy techniques. My specialties focus on anxiety, depression, PTSD, attachment difficulties, mood dysregulation, ADHD/ADD, adjustment disorders and parent child relationship problems.

I am passionate about helping children, woman and families not only feel comfortable and confident during therapeutic process but excited about the positive changes they are making in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to understand your personal struggles and identify your unique strengths, to set attainable goal and help you to reach them.
