I have over 20 years of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health clinics. I have had great success helping clients overcome symptoms related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I also provide counseling to couples/families to increase communication skills, and to survivors of domestic violence to help recapture their confidence.
