Great to meet you!

First generation Vietnamese-American woman of color based in California. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Provisional Art Therapist.

I've served a wide array of people across the developmental lifespan since 2002 working in schools, clinics, homes, and senior living homes, as young as two years old, to adults struggling with severe mental health disorders, and to the elderly close to 100 years old. Twelve years experience working with neurodiverse young children and adolescents.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Passionate about dismantling the stigma around mental health, empowering ourselves/ communities to reconnect to our true self to work towards healthier relationships with ourselves/ others through humanistic Art Therapy via 1:1 therapy, group spaces, and speaker engagements.

Creative expression and tapping into one’s imagination, curiosity, and playfulness are important ingredients towards healing.

What you can expect from our first session

Participants of therapy can expect a non-judgmental space, to feel affirmed and validated when sharing their experiences. Participants are expected to also experience the process towards self-empowerment, increased self-kindness, and a sense of light-heartedness throughout the process.
