A bit about my approach to therapy
I enjoy working from a holistic, strength-based, and client-centered approach that fits your needs. I offer treatments like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address a range of concerns, including trauma, along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more to develop skills like mindfulness, emotional regulation, boundary setting, and assertive communication.
