Welcome to Full Vida Counseling, LLC. I'm Angela, practice owner/founder, and a Licensed Professional and National Certified Counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling. I believe every person - regardless of their background, resources and/or past experiences - deserves to be heard, understood and validated. All people should have and be provided with the ability to thrive.

My focus areas include assisting clients with anxiety, depression, along with other mood and adjustment disorders. I provide general life coaching and career advising. My passion for working with adolescents stems from my background in K-12 education as a DEI director, teacher and counselor. I also specialize in working with clients from BIPOC and other diverse groups.
