Great to meet you!

I focus with you on difficult experiences that affect you now, whether they happened a week or years and years ago.

My methods help you move from hurt to create new meaning in your life.

I speak and train on sexuality and trauma, and have developed new ways to understand and work through the feelings and behaviors that may both scare and excite us.

The important part though is you.

Your desire and readiness to create the change you want in your life.

Don't allow your past to control your future!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm clear, direct, and will provide you tools you can use to advance the work beyond what we talk about in session, whether we're talking about sex, relationships, a painful past, or negative self-talk.

Using a blend of exploration and exposure therapy, we will talk about what holds you back and how to face it.

We create false stories about ourselves because of what we've been through. I use the importance of creating meaning through our experiences to change those stories to who we really are.

What you can expect from our first session

I help you set typical goals like improving sleep, taking better care of yourself, having better sex, dealing with difficult people in your life, or increasing focus and confidence.

However, the way I do that is by building on the strengths you already have and maybe lost sight of or can't see.

The real goal is you seeing your life and future as a joy awaiting you!
