Great to meet you!

We all have inner resources, but it can be easier to find them with the help of a compassionate listener. As we gain insight into patterns and ideas about ourselves that no longer serve us and start to release them, places of inner constriction and tension start to unwind. We come closer to the simple truth of who we are, leading to more freedom, spaciousness, and peace. Together, we can foster a sense of curiosity and openness, and help you discover new aspects of yourself and your potential.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Prior experience includes employment as a Staff Therapist at Fenway Health in Boston and as a Family Caregiver Support Specialist for Minuteman Senior Services. I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems, Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma, among others.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients have told me they find it easy to talk with me, and that they come away from sessions feeling a little lighter and with new insights. Therapy works best when you feel like your therapist is a good match. I offer free, no pressure 15 minute phone chats to answer questions and help you get a sense of what it might be like to work together. I am also happy to offer a referral.
