A bit about my approach to therapy

Andrea approaches her clinical work through a lens that is multicultural, feminist, systemic, and trauma informed - allowing for clients respective identities and lived experience within complex social systems to be reflected throughout the entire therapeutic process. Andrea utilizes a person-centered approach along with psychodynamic and CBT modalities tailored to the needs of each individual client.
