Over the past 20 years, I have been honored to treat children, adolescents, adults, and families with short-term and long-term mental health and chronic medical conditions. I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Mood, Grief/Loss, PTSD, and Adjustment disorders. Through a collaborative, solutions-based approach, the client engages in a process to achieve their personal goals. I integrate CBT, psychodynamic, strengths-based, integrative, and eclectic therapies.
