Many times, you may notice that you are repeating old patterns and finding yourself in familiar situations. I would like to help you learn how to navigate life's obstacles and daily stressors more successfully, use effective communication, increase self-respect, and lead a more balanced and authentic life.

Together we will work toward a better understanding of complex emotions and experiences. I have experience in group, individual, and couples counseling, and strive to provide non-judgmental support to all of my clients. I utilize mainly DBT, CBT, and hold a certification in CPT for trauma.
