I believe in the healing nature of connection, so I bring my authentic self into my work with clients and your goals provide the map for your journey.

I offer a free, one time 15-minute phone consultation so that we can determine if I am a good fit for you and your goals. My office hours are Monday-Friday, 4 pm to 8 pm.

The core of my counseling approach is person-centered and humanistic. I believe that my clients have within themselves the ability to make the changes they want to make. I enjoy helping my clients develop their own approach in taming the negative beliefs that stop them from living a full life. My overall counseling style is nurturing and accepting.

Counseling services can address a variety of concerns. Goals are set by the client so that sessions can be tailored to these goals. Length of individual counseling services can vary and are dependent upon the needs of each client. ​ Through development of a trusting relationship and creation of a safe environment, I work with clients on presenting concerns including:
