Welcome! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing psychotherapy and treatment with medications to children, adolescents, and adults. My approach involves an integrated style that blends elements of psychoanalysis, trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and mindfulness to assist you through life’s difficulties. I believe in creating a holistic treatment plan that acknowledges the complex needs of each person. Each individual requires a unique approach but my overall style is warm, collaborative, and relational.

I treat individuals with a wide variety of conditions but I specialize in treating trauma-related issues, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, parent-child bonding issues, and behavioral troubles in children and adolescents. I also provide psychiatric evaluations, which are sometimes requested for school or employment purposes.

As a nurse practitioner, I also focus on how aspects of your physical health may be impacting your emotional health. I believe in nurturing healthy eating, sleep, creative outlets, and movement to bolster a person’s internal resources. To improve accessibility, I offer video sessions for established patients.
