Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Professional School Counselor for a K-6th grade school. I am also a mama to a sweet little boy! I am committed to helping anyone I can and making sure we can be as successful as possible, even if that means taking it step by step. I have also experienced moments that I too had to take it step by step and reach out for that extra support. My specialty is working with children & adolescents, but I am open and willing to work with every age.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Within my approach to therapy, I am more solution based. I come from a place of understanding and trying to meet my clients where they are currently at and seeing what we can do to try to assist in any issue that is presented. I come from a place of compassion, understanding, present & active listening. I also very much include the client in the process of what we can do.

What you can expect from our first session

You will learn to be kind and gentle on yourself & give yourself grace throughout the therapy process. My ultimate goal for you is to feel accomplished and empowered to continue to be strong & brave.
