Great to meet you!

In that time I have worked with may diverse clients including adults, teens, children, and seniors. Treatment areas have included: adjustment problems, relationship problems, low self- esteem, depression, anxiety, impulse control issues, crisis intervention, divorce, grief and more.

I provide individual therapy, pre-marital counseling, counseling for couples, parents adjusting to bringing baby home, therapy for teens, group, and grief counseling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins by understanding what it is you are coming in to address. From there we will identify factors contributing to the challenges identified and will work collaboratively to identify treatment goals. By doing so, it allows us to know what direction we need to go in. In session there Weill be time to process your thoughts and feelings. There will also be parts of the session where you are learning a skill or a new way to address the challenges you have identified.

What you can expect from our first session

From each session you can expect to take away new insights and skills to better help you address what you are dealing with.
