I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Telemental Health Provider, and Registered Play Therapist. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, broken attachment, stress, and a variety of other concerns and problems.

Therapy should not be one size fits all approach! I am certified/trained in a variety of theories/techniques. I use a prescriptive approach to determine which one will most benefit you at any given moment during our sessions. Some of the approaches I use include person/child-centered and attachment-focused models, EMDR, CBT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, mindfulness, and expressive therapies.
