Hi, I'm Amanda, I am grateful to help clients work through early life traumas and navigate relationships. I am currently licensed in Kentucky and Virginia. I have 8 years experience working with people of all ages, and I am currently working specifically with adults.

I specialize in trauma therapy, specifically surrounding attachment and early childhood traumas, as well as specific traumatic events. I utilize an integrative combination of Attachment, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and Mindfulness.
