Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who believes and values the importance of finding growth and balance. I studied and earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. I accomplished my internship with Citrus Health, and a post doctorate fellowship at Eating Recovery Center.

I have over eight years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults providing evidence-based psychotherapy in English and Spanish.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have successfully worked with depression, anxiety, health-related concerns, stress, substance use, anger management, eating disorders, brief trauma, difficult family dynamics, divorce, grief, and behavioral struggles.

I base my work on Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, Solution-Focused Based Therapy and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

I am super passionate and very caring about serving and accompanying others on their life journey. I love to be creative and always remind my clients that they are not alone. I value understanding and listening to my clients' needs. I want to make a difference and provide a safe telehealth space for my clients and families to talk about any personal struggles and accomplishments.

I welcome new patients and when you are ready, please contact me or use the online schedule to book your appointment.
