Congratulations on taking the exciting step to start therapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I graduated from New York University with a Masters in Social Work and have extensive training in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and the Nurtured Heart Approach.

I have studied numerous theoretical approaches and practices to assist my clients in a creative and holistic way.

In our first session, we will explore your goals for treatment, what concerns have brought you to therapy, your strengths and struggles, and identifying what coping skills and strategies can be practiced and applied.
