I am a graduate of Columbia University, School of Social work in 2011, and obtained my first clinical licensure in 2017. I specialize in Eating Disorders, Trauma and Anxiety/ Depressive disorders. I utilize Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral therapy modalities.

My work is highly rooted in feminism and I seek to guide my clients to a space of empowerment. I pride myself on being a provider who supports my clients in becoming their most authentic selves. I work very diligently to provide holistic approaches to mental health and encourage community connection.

I hope to support my clients in obtaining tangible skills that they can utilize in their every day life. I believe that coping skills can assist people in managing any stressful situation and can make a life worth living.
