Great to meet you!

She/Her

I work with individuals ages 17 through adults in an individual therapeutic setting. I have worked with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, behavior issues, anger, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem, family dynamics, and executive functioning. I received my Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and received my Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidence-based therapies in an empathetic, individualized, and strength-based manner. I've been trained in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), cognitive behavioral therapy, suicide prevention (CBT-SP), zero suicide (CAMS & CALM). I enjoy helping create therapeutic goals and aiding your efforts to meet and exceed them.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to take away practical skills, a sense of purpose, feeling validated and relieved knowing we can get through whatever obstacle life has thrown in your direction.
