Great to meet you!

My areas of clinical focus are trauma, grief, loss, spirituality, men's issues/concerns, and general wellness"

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of evidence-based treatments, neuroscience-informed, brief trauma-informed techniques and concepts to treat mental/emotional dysregulation. I specialize and use these principles and techniques with adults experiencing the effects of trauma, grief/loss, and adjustment to life's issues. My approach is designed to resolve negative responses to environmental/situational stimuli.

What you can expect from our first session

I am upfront and direct with clients. My goal in therapy is to help you reach your goals safely. I am not going to choose your goals or make decisions for you, but we will work together so that you find the resources within you to help you reach your goals. If I cannot help you, I will do everything I can to ensure you find the right provider.
