Great to meet you!

I was born and bred in Kentucky and have been living in the great state of Florida since 2013. I decided to become a clinician due to my own personal experiences with abuse, feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear, self-hate, and low self-esteem. I found a way out of my dark tunnel and emerged into the light, and I want to show others how they can do the same!

A bit about my approach to therapy

Empowerment comes from within, and it has been within you all along. My job is to help you bring it to the surface, flex those muscles, and realize how strong, resilient, and amazing you really are!

I assist clients in learning to love themselves, increasing their self-worth, confidence, & empower them to prioritize their well-being, happiness, & NEVER again settle for less than you are worth.

What you can expect from our first session

I will be your biggest cheerleader! I am very warm & caring; direct & honest. My goal is to lift you up & teach you how to love yourself. I will not only support you during our weekly sessions, but I will support you whenever you need me, to the best of my abilities by offering text and calls in between sessions, free of charge.
