Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience. My passion is in working with children, adolescents, and adults who experience stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, judgment-free environment for healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I consider myself to be a compassionate, allied, and enthusiastic therapist; my style of counseling is integrative, and strength based. I work with clients to educate them so that they feel empowered and capable of reaching their own goals. I truly believe in my clients’ abilities to foster personal growth and expansion given the right tools. Given every client has a unique life story, I tailor my approach to meet their individualized needs.

What you can expect from our first session

When a client comes for services, I look at them with compassion, listen to them with genuine curiosity and attention, and consider them as collaborative, equal participants in their own healing.

I bring my openness, curiosity, humor, and empathy into sessions as I help clients in sharing their stories, developing insight, and gaining the skills needed for their own healing process.
