Great to meet you!

My clients are caring, well intentioned, and often overextended individuals dealing with a wide variety of responsibilities (career, education, relationships, health, friendship, family, financial stress, etc.) I help my clients establish healthy coping strategies for their stress and anxieties to restore their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. My office is a safe space to be human.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have had training in multiple modalities (Gottman, RLT, DBT, CBT, IFS, Narrative, etc.) These are the foundation for my questions and recommendations in session. Generally, I believe in asking questions that garner insight, reflection, and altnerative perspectives that inspire change. I also am a firm believer that knowledge is power. In addition to asking solution-focused questions and empowering clients, I integrate psychoeducational resources into the therapy process.

What you can expect from our first session

I started the Psychological Education Center of New Jersey as a safe space to honor the “human” in all of us. I believe that challenges are a universal experience and that everyone has the internal capacity to transcend their struggles. Our problems don't define us and everyone is worthy of healing and peace. At times, we all need support getting there. It's an honor to walk alongside my clients as they work through their challenges and embrace the aspects of life that are most important to them.
