Specializes in

Depression and Maternal Mental Health

Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in serving pregnant and parenting youth that have experienced trauma. I am well versed in prenatal and postpartum depression. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship and aim to validate and understand your unique and individual experiences in order to achieve healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs; however, I approach my clients through the CBT and Humanistic models of therapy. I have advanced training in perinatal mental health and I am a member of PSI (Postpartum Support International).

What you can expect from our first session

Your emotional well-being is just as important as your physical health. I offer a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we can discuss emotions that may feel overwhelming, burdensome, or shameful. I partner with my clients to help them overcome feelings of anxiety and depression, and I build on your strengths. Together we will develop new strategies and techniques that will enhance your confidence, relationships, and coping skills.
