I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working with Individuals and Families for over 20 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients set goals and work closely with them in developing a treatment plan. I have experience in working with Women struggling with anxiety, depression, infertility, relationship issues, parenting and life changes. I also work with teens and college age students who are struggling with anxiety, depression, Covid related issues, and other stressors. I also work with people with chronic illness who experience stress related to their chronic illness.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide in person or online therapy. I try and create a warm inviting counseling process in which clients can achieve their goals.
