Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life worth celebrating. We will work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches, we will unearth long-standing patterns that may be holding you back. Some individuals, troubled by past traumatic events, deal with anxiety and overwhelming stress. Therapies, such as EMDR, can address can such patterns. It is my privilege to work with those who choose to work with me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients in a relational format. Giving you the space to share your concerns and issues that are blocking a more contented and satisfying life experience. I offer tools to calm anxiety; share insights that offer a different perspective; suggest ways to implement change that match an individual's willingness to try. Basically I am schooled in a variety of clinical approaches. My job is to choose and share the ones that target best each client.

What you can expect from our first session

My aim in working with clients is that each session will include a "take-away" that pertains to that person's issues. We agree together on realistic goals and how to get there. My office environment is very conducive to feeling comfortable. When using telehealth it seems just as effective. At the end of each session I inquire as to the take-away for you. When we meet in our following session, we will discuss what was useful. In other words, ours is a collaborative process.
