Luckdjyne Neas is a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and substance abuse counselor (CASAC-2) licensed in the states of New York.She received her Masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University in 2016. She earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Lehman College in 2015.

Prior to becoming a therapist, she has worked in various settings, both inpatient and outpatient. She speaks Haitian Creole and English.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Her clients range from teens to adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, work related stress, life transitions, relationship and self-esteem issues, as well as grief, loss, and trauma.

Some evidenced based therapeutic approaches that are commonly use include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Trauma focused CBT and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing).

Her work is supportive and strength based, focused on collaborating with individuals, couples and families to overcome struggles and connect to their inner resources to create change, health and happiness. She creates an open and welcoming environment where she works collaboratively to achieve the individual's desired goals through a strong therapeutic alliance.
