Great to meet you!

I hold compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive space which will help you to express, explore, and work through deeply held feelings and gain clarity and insight into critical areas of your life. I have over two decades of experience working in various healing and teaching capacities with highly diverse populations of adults, children and families, and I would love to serve as your guide on your path to peace and prosperity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have formal training in Brainspotting (Phases 1-4), Somatic Experiencing, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Certification in Hypnotherapy. I specialize in treating trauma, stress, anxiety, grief & loss, and depression, and utilize creative and expressive arts, as well as visualization, guided imagery, and mindfulness to promote insight and regulation.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to help you gain ways of experiencing calm, empowerment, and interpersonal growth in a non-judgmental and caring space. Seeking therapy is a courageous and dedicated act of self-care and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you and support you on this journey. Whether working together to practice a self-care intervention or resolving deeply-rooted traumatic issues, I provide intuitive, caring, and experienced guidance.
