Great to meet you!

Do you ever wonder why you often have really big feelings? Or why your feelings get hurt so easily? Society expects individuals to be able to put on a brave face and regulate emotions with little-to-no guidance. We live in a very overstimulating, fast paced world and it can feel hard to keep up with life. Are you feeling curious and ready to learn skills for reflection and self-regulation?

A bit about my approach to therapy

In our work together, I will support you in creating a more confident inner world to better navigate your outer world. My practice focuses on supporting individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, childhood trauma, highly sensitive persons, confidence, and organizational skills. I weave together several therapeutic styles tailored to you, including mindfulness and humor. Therapy will not always be easy, but sharing a laugh never hurt anyone!

What you can expect from our first session

You may be feeling overwhelmed and not quite sure what kind of help you are looking for, but you know you need some support. My aim is to provide a safe, empathetic sounding board for you to explore and process. Therapy is most fruitful when a client feels seen and heard. Let’s see if we may be a good fit!
