Great to meet you!

As a Texas based LPC, my goal is to be an effective and empathetic counselor empowering individuals by assisting them to overcome personal, social, and behavioral problems affecting their development or preventing them from reaching their greatest potential.

I have a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and advanced graduate study in Rehabilitative Counseling, more importantly, I have over 25 years of experience working with individuals and encouraging them to become their best selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Working from a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of the whole person, my hope is to use my many years of experience to help individuals work through difficulties such as managing mental health symptoms and disorders, unemployment or underemployment, adjusting to life’s changes or starting a journey towards recovery.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is to promote health and wellness in every aspect of life focusing on your social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and physical well -being. In doing so you will gain the skills needed to create and maintain a life with balance, wellness and a healthy relationships.
