Great to meet you!

Are you stuck in a constant state of worry and anxiety? Maybe you're drowning under the weight of trying to do everything and be everything for everyone. You put on a brave face, but deep down you feel lonely and like you're losing control. The good news is, you don't have to figure this out alone. I can help you get unstuck and moving towards the person you want to be and the life you want to live.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-worth, family issues, and racial fatigue. As a Black woman of Jamaican-descent, I understand the impact that systems of oppression have on well-being, and create a safe space to address the unique challenges of children of immigrants and people of color.

What you can expect from our first session

In our initial sessions, much of our time is spent on getting to know each other and building a strong connection. We'll explore the issues that brought you to therapy, work together to establish treatment goals, and develop a treatment plan that includes science-based strategies and interventions.

If you feel that we might be a good fit, let's connect to discuss how I can help you regain a sense of control in your life and improve your emotional well-being.
