I completed a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina – Upstate in 2013 and a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina – Columbia in 2016. Moreover, I completed various trainings in trauma, relationship/sexual issues, and depression/anxiety.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize many different therapy methods throughout the therapeutic process. This allows me to find the proper therapy method that fits you, while not trying to force you into a box. I focus on connecting with your authentic self as we work through your concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create an environment where you can form a relationship between healing and your areas of concern. A place where honest dialogue is the pathway to truth and truth is the key for healing. Allow me to meet you where you are and walk beside you towards betterment.
