Great to meet you!

I provide psychotherapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, struggles with hopes and dreams, and connecting to meaning and purpose in their life. In our first session we'll talk about everything you are going through. Together we will set goals and process and work through what is holding you back. No judgment, just understanding. Over time, you can expect to gain control of your emotions and discover solutions that will help you become a happier person.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, college students, those struggling with codependency, stress, divorce, and life transitions by using assertive communication skills, self-reflection, identifying needs and learning to control anxious and depressed symptoms. I use a blend of evidenced based practice and transformational creative approaches. I offer both warm supportive counseling as well as a structured and direct approach.

What you can expect from our first session

Look no further for experienced and compassionate care. Many things are changing in our world. Let me help you emotionally adjust to them. Counseling offers a safe and non-judgmental space, where you can share your experiences and emotions openly. You don't have to face your difficulties alone - let me help you on your journey towards healing and growth.
